By booking a place on a Nettle Collective retreat, you agree to the following terms.
Retreat spaces can be paid in full or via flexible payment options (including Klarna) at checkout. You have 7 days from the date of booking to cancel for a full refund. After that, your booking is non-refundable but transferable — if you can no longer attend, please let us know and we'll do our best to arrange a transfer to a future retreat.
Our retreats require a minimum of 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that this threshold isn't met, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the choice of transferring your space to a future retreat or receiving a full refund.
All activities — including but not limited to sea swimming, coastal walks and craft workshops — are participated in voluntarily and entirely at your own risk. The Nettle Collective accepts no liability for injury, illness, loss or damage sustained during the retreat. You are responsible for your own safety and wellbeing throughout your stay. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers activities of this nature.
We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies notified to us in advance. However, you are ultimately responsible for what you consume during the retreat. Please ensure you communicate any serious allergies clearly at the time of booking.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during the retreat. If something is broken or damaged, we ask that you let us know immediately. The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the guest responsible.
By agreeing to these terms, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the retreat for use on The Nettle Collective's website and social media channels. If you have any concerns, please get in touch before booking.
We want the retreat to be a safe, welcoming space for everyone. The Nettle Collective reserves the right to ask any guest to leave if their behaviour is disruptive or harmful to others. No refund will be issued in this circumstance.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment or hateful behaviour of any kind — including but not limited to racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and ableism. Anyone behaving in this way will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
By booking a ticket for a Nettle Collective event, you agree to the following additional terms.
Event tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, your ticket is transferable — please let us know as soon as possible and we'll help arrange it.
You attend all events at your own risk. Please take care of yourself and be mindful of your surroundings. The Nettle Collective accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage sustained at or during an event.
We do our best to cater for dietary requirements and allergies notified to us in advance. However, you are ultimately responsible for what you consume at our events. Please communicate any serious allergies clearly at the time of booking.
At craft nights, you are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, materials or the venue during the event. We ask that you treat everything with care. The cost of any damage may be charged to the guest responsible.
